PHOTOS: Austrian Skier Poses Nude With Cheetah Spots to Raise Awareness

Austria’s Anna Fenninger has made raising awareness about the plight of the endangered cheetah her primary philanthropic priority. Working with the Cheetah Conservation Fund, she visited the organization’s headquarters in Namibia, where she treated sick cheetahs, fed newborns and posed with cheetahs in a photo shoot for a calendar that was later sold to benefit the CCF. She made waves when she posed nude in cheetah-print body paint for a poster that read, “Fast, beautiful – and nearly extinct.” She has also worn cheetah-print patterns on her helmet and other equipment during World Cup races and at the Olympics. Here is a look at some of the photos she has taken to support her charity.
