Police say they have arrested a peeping tom who was caught on camera looking into windows at a Miami Gardens home while children were inside.
Phil H. Graham, 29, was taken into custody Friday on charges including burglary and voyeurism, Miami Gardens Police said.
According to police, On two occasions the suspect was caught peeping through the bedroom and bathroom windows of a home in the 1300 block of Northwest 198th Street. The rooms were occupied by young children at the time of the incidents.
Graham was booked into jail where he was being held Friday afternoon, records showed. Attorney information wasn't available.
