This Saturday night, the suitably named Eve (which is just about to get all Mary J as Venus in the now-filming Rock of Ages), will be 100% chick-crazy. Why? Because 2 Dope Bitches and their gaggle of gal pals will be presenting Sugar Free. Niteside got the 2DB's Norma to give us the lowdown.
Who are 2 Dope Bitches and what do they do? Singularly we are Aja: a shoe addict/designer, AI graduate, creative writer, walking thesaurus and tattoo collector from all over the East Coast and Norma: one of the only broke people who attend the University of Miami studying journalism and religious studies. I live with a constant song stuck in my head and I like to listen to public radio to go to sleep. I love to write and to me a good essay is my ultimate masterpiece.
Collectively 2DBs is two young chicks who live in Miami. Together we are down to try anything and everything which our city has to offer - from digging though old used clothes at a thrift store to partying in Miami's hottest nightclubs we want to experience anything and everything and show our readers new experiences and ideas for their own lives.

Brought to you by a girl (Mommy Warbuck$), hosted by 2 girls (2dopebitches), with performances by an all-girl cast (DJ Jasmine Solano, Jovi Rockwell, Tennille, and Sopheye). And it's all SUGAR FREE!
Will this be your first Sugar Free at Eve? Yes, this is the first of many parties to come... but sometimes it takes girls to add that special magic touch. It will be our first time hosting a party but we definitely want to get into the groove of hosting and sponsoring events bringing our 2dopebitches spirit to any kind of event!
Won't this weekend also mark another kinda occasion for 2DBs? Yes! 2dopebitches is officially one year old. We started out as a little blog about what we got ourselves into in Miami and it turned into something we are truly proud of.
What's the 2DB blog all about anyway? The creation of 2DB was to show the other side of Miami, a part from the usual glitz and glam of South Beach that's portayed in the media. We wanted to showcase the part that usually goes unseen and misrepresented, ccoming from a "normal everyday person" perpsective.
So, is it safe to say that this Saturday night will encompass all that 2DBs see is cool in the wild world? It's going to be a wild night that's for sure - the vibe will be chill yet hype, so I can't wait to see how it all goes down. We're making a movie Saturday night.
