What: Clubs and bars aren’t the only ones having fun this New Years Eve. Red Bull Soundclash is headed to Miami and bringing some A-listers along for the ride. Who: Jason Derulo and Ne-Yo
Where: Ocean Drive, Between 7th & Nine Street, Miami Beach
What: Miami Beach turns a shade of orange for the three day, “Orange Drive Miami Beach Music Festival”.  Ocean Drive will host some of the hottest musical acts like Jason Derulo and Ne-Yo Saturday night and Cee Lo Green on Sunday night. Who: Lauryn Hill
Where: Shelborne South Beach, 1801 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
What: Love the Fugees? Well, their leading lady is heading to Miami Beach this New Years Eve along with David Berrie, Drek Martinez, and DJ DL. And while she might stick to her habit of showing up late, she is promising at least show up before the champagne toast at midnight. Tickets start at $200 up to $5000. Who: Busta Rhymes
Where: LIV, 4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
What: LIV has been voted one of the best nightclubs in the world and they are promising to keep up their reputation when ringing in the New Year. Starting at 9 PM, rapper Busta Rhymes will take over the party. Then starting at 1 AM, world-renowned DJ Sebastian Ingrosso will spin till 7 AM. Who: Afrojack
Where: WET at W South Beach, 2201 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
What: You might see that Afrojack at WET and think, “Wait, isn’t that their pool?” Why yes, yes it. But they are transforming their outdoor hot spot into a fully functioning nightclub, featuring lounge seating atop a glass-covered pool deck, oversized LED screens and laser lighting. Who: Robin Thicke
Where: The Delano, Poolside, 1685 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
What: If you and your mate are looking to get in the mood this New Years Eve, look no further than the Delano. While a few of their establishments are under renovations, their poolside is keeping its classic style. And their annual poolside soiree is no different.  Your ticket gets you a champagne toast at midnight along with a performance from Robin Thicke. Who: Rev Run
Where: Skybar at Shore Club, 1901 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
What: If New Years Eve on South Beach is anything, it’s expensive. And while the Skybar at the Shore Club isn’t cheap, it’s pretty affordable. No matter if you are general admission or VIP, you will get a champagne toast at midnight a DJ set by the legendary Rev Run of Run DMC. Tickets start at $100 up to $1500. Who: Bob Sinclar
Where: Amnesia, 136 Collins Ave, Miami Beach
What: Just because Christmas is over doesn’t mean winter has come to a close. Spring doesn’t start for a couple of months and Bob Sinclar kept that in mind when planning his December 31st party at Amnesia. He decided if he couldn't experience snow in his hometown of Douarnenez, France, he would bring it to his adopted hometown, South Beach, with a Winter Wonderland theme. The best news of it all?
