South Florida Forecast: Widely Scattered Showers Tuesday

Highs will be in the low 80s

After a beautiful Monday, enough moisture might creep into South Florida on Tuesday to yield a rain shower or two.

The remnants of a dissipating cold front will be driven towards us from the north by low pressure off the coast of the Carolinas. This, mixed with slightly more humid air moving in with a stronger onshore breeze, should be enough for widely scattered showers. There will still be periods of sunshine on Tuesday, with highs in the low 80s.

After the moribund front moves away, we’ll see drier air for Wednesday which, although breezy, will be partly sunny. Expect less wind and lots of sunshine on Thursday and Friday.
