Four men have been arrested and charged in the theft of a truck that was filled with $2.5 million in cell phones and perfume from a northwest Miami-Dade cargo business in July, police said Friday.
Jorge Gonzalez, 35, Rodolfo Urra, 32, Alain Rangel, 27, and Emerio Evora, 43, are all facing grand theft cargo charges in the July 6 theft, Miami-Dade Police said.
A fifth suspect, 36-year-old Carlos J. Albert, is still at large and there is an active warrant for his arrest, police said.

The theft happened at Excel Express Cargo at 8430 Northwest 66th St., Miami-Dade Police said. Surveillance video caught the suspects unloading the merchandise, which the shipping company says was worth closer to $3 million.
The cargo truck, which was parked in front of Excel Express, was later found empty on the 7900 block of Northwest 64th Street.
Its Venezuelan-bound cargo mostly consisted of smartphones such as iPhones, BlackBerrys and Samsungs, but also included computer equipment, auto parts, medical supplies and perfumes.
Police said they've been able to recover $750,000 worth of merchandise.
