4 Men Injured When Empty Fuel Tank Explodes

Three men were transported with severe burns and another had minor injuries

Four men were transported to the hospital with burn injuries after an empty fuel tank, which wasn't clean properly, exploded in Miami-Dade County, authorities said.

Workers were cutting the tank and the sparks from the torch ignited fumes, causing it to explode, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said.

Three men were transported with severe burns and another had minor injuries.

The incident occured at NW 95th Ave. and 109th St.

No other information was immediately available.
