Authorities say charges are pending against a pickup truck driver who crashed into a car carrying four people. The car's driver and two passengers died at the scene.
 
WOMAN SHOT, KILLED BY POLICE OFFICER
 
St. Petersburg police fatally shot a 53-year-old woman during a welfare check on her. A neighbor reported she'd been acting strangely on Sunday. When police arrived to check on her, she pointed a revolver at one of the officers, who shot her.
