EXPLOSIVES FOUND AT ARRESTED SOLDIER'S HOME
 
Investigators with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives say a cache of C4 explosives found near a Panhandle railroad appear to have been stolen from the military. The Florida Fire Marshal's Office told the newspaper that a special forces soldier awaiting trial on domestic violence-related charges is being investigated in connection with the missing explosives.
 
15-MONTH SENTENCE FOR FLORIDA COMMERCIAL FISHERMAN
 
A Florida fisherman has been sentenced to 15 months in federal prison after operating his vessel in a closed part of the Gulf of Mexico. Prosecutors said Wednesday that 29-year-old Thomas Zachary Breeding of Panama City pleaded guilty earlier to charges of obstruction of justice and making false statements to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
 
FLORIDA HAS 2ND HIGHEST RATE OF UNDERWATER PROPERTIES
 
A new report says Florida has the nation's second-highest rates of residential properties that were deeply underwater last month. The research firm RealtyTrac said Thursday that just over a third of Florida's residential properties were deeply underwater. Only Nevada had a higher rate.
 
MOM WHO LOST `STAND YOUR GROUND' CASE IN TROUBLE
 
A Jacksonville woman who spent 21 months in jail after unsuccessfully invoking Florida's so-called "stand your ground" law as a defense for firing a gun at her husband is now facing parole violation charges. Prosecutors say Marissa Alexander violated her home detention by making short trips to places near her home. But Alexander's attorney says each trip was approved by parole supervisors.
 
4 YEARS FOR CRASH THAT KILLED GRAZIANO BROTHER
 
A Tampa Bay area man has been sentenced to four years in prison for a fatal drunken driving crash. The victim was Michael Graziano, whose brother John was left in a vegetative state following a crash involving the son of professional wrestler Hulk Hogan. As part of a deal with Pinellas County prosecutors, 26-year-old Cameron Richard Bosley plead guilty Wednesday to DUI manslaughter.

SOUTH DADE SENIOR HIGH TEACHER ACCUSED OF INAPPROPRIATE RELATIONSHIP WITH STUDENT

A South Dade Senior High School teacher was arrested Wednesday following an allegation that he had an inappropriate relationship with a student, Miami-Dade Schools Police said. Bresnniel Jansen was taken into custody.
