A woman is dead today after she lost control of her car and drove into the porch of a house, according to Miami Fire Department.
A spokesperson on the scene said the accident happened on Northwest 67th street and 4th avenue this morning. The driver, a woman, knocked down the column of the porch in the crash. The driver picked up a male passenger about a block away before the incident.
The woman died inside the rescue truck due to the injuries she sustained. The people that were inside the home at the time of the crash are fine.
The man that was in the car survived. The crash is still under investigation.
