Early Showers Possible, Followed by Hot Sunshine

Highs around 92 Wednesday in South Florida

While an early shower is possible, Wednesday’s weather pattern still favors hot sunshine and mainly dry conditions in South Florida.

Highs this afternoon will climb to 92 with inland storms developing and staying west and north of the metro area. Storm chances will still be on the increase for the end of the week and into the weekend.  This pattern change will come with the passage of a tropical wave off to our south.

Meanwhile, at 5 p.m. a tropcial depression formed in the Atlantic 810 miles east of the Windward Islands. It was moving at 35 mph.  A tropical storm watch was in effect for Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Dominica, St. Lucia, Martinique and Guadeloupe, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said.
