The FBI is looking for a group of bank robbers who tried to use a grenade-type device to blow open an ATM in Miami Gardens.
The incident happened around 3:50 a.m. Thursday at the Wells Fargo Bank at 19500 Northwest 27th Avenue, the FBI said in a report released Friday.
According to the report, a crowbar was used to pry open a panel on the ATM and the device was placed inside. The thieves fired gunshots at the device, which failed to detonate.
Bomb technicians responded and the grenade was determined to be inert.

It's believed at least four suspects were involved in the burglary, the FBI said. The bank wasn't open at the time.
The FBI isn't releasing whether any money was taken, and the incident is still being investigated.
