A deputy watched as the three entered and exited the property with various pieces of scrap metal and put it onto a trailer, authorities said.

When they were questioned, the trio said the metal had been placed near a dumpster as if it were being thrown out, authorities said.

But the owner of the business told authorities that wasn't true and that the metal was on various parts of the property and not near the dumpster.

Sanchez, Eiroa and the teen were all arrested and booked into the Plantation Key jail. It was unknown whether they have attorneys.
