Police are investigating after a man was shot before crashing a car in Miami Wednesday morning.
The victim was shot at an unknown location sometime before 11 a.m. and was driving east on Northwest 9th Street near 7th Avenue when he crashed into a produce truck, police said.
He stumbled out of his car and began walking into a nearby neighborhood where he was later found, police said.
The unidentified man, who was shot in the chest, was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital in critical condition, police said.
It's unknown if the man was driving when he was shot or got into the car after the shooting.
Police haven't said what may have led to the shooting.
