A South Florida man is facing charges of paying an underage girl for sex, and authorities say the girl's mother organized the encounters.
Jose Hernan Castellon, 43, is facing two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, according to a Broward Sheriff's Office arrest report released Thursday.
He was being held on $10,000 bond Thursday on the condition that he remain in South Florida and stay away from the girl. It was unknown whether he has an attorney.

According to the report, Castellon paid the girl $500 for sex at his Oakland Park house back in January 2011, when the girl was 16.
"After her sixteenth birthday was the first time her mother actually set up or arranged a meeting between her and Jose Castellon who is the suspect in this case to engage in sexual intercourse," said Broward Sheriff's Offices spokeswoman Keyla Concepcion.
In January 2013, he paid $70-$80 to have sex with the girl at a Motel 6, the report said. The girl's mother helped coordinate the illegal trysts, the report said.

"The victim advised that her mother organized her sexual contacts with the defendant," the report said.
BSO officials said the girl's mother hasn't been arrested or charged but the case is still being investigated.
"It is bad enough that he was abusing a minor," Concepcion said. "It is horrible that her mother is who arranged it."
