Mom Charged With Trying to Sell Baby Gets Visitation

Miami mom charged with adoption violation gets visitation with her children

A Miami mom  who allegedly tried to sell her 8-month-old son for $7,000, will be allowed to see him and her two other children three times a week, a judge ruled Tuesday.

Kenia Quiala Bosque, 30, is out of jail on $25,000 bond after she was arrested earlier this month on an adoption violation.

Bosque's has hearings set for Jan. 6 and Jan. 10

She attended a dependency hearing last week, where her estranged husband, Osmani Pelegrin, was given temporary custody of the toddler.

Pelegrín is the legal father of the young boy and two other children with Bosque – including an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl – though another man came forward earlier this month to say he is the biological father of the infant.

Bosque, of Hialeah, was arrested on Dec. 4, a day after she offered her son for $7,000 in cash to a Monroe County man, according to police.

In her initial court appearance, Bosque told a judge she is jobless and gets $650 a month in child support.
