One suspect in custody after cops find grow house at nursery

One suspect is in custody after police discovered a marijuana grow house in Miami-Dade Wednesday.

The clandestine marijuana laboratory was found in a nursery in the area of 204th Street and Southwest 170th Avenue, Miami-Dade Police spokesman Roy Rutland said.

Home in Hydroponics Lab Explosion Torn Down

Arsenio Guerra, 43, was arrested at the property after an hours-long search, according to an arrest report.

Approximately 495 pounds of Marijuana with an estimated street value of $2,400,000 was found on the property, police said.

Guerra was charged with trafficking marijuana and was being held on $25,000 bond Thursday. It was unknown whether he has an attorney.
