Shaq Joins Blanche Ely for Harlem Shake Video

After congratulating Ely for a state title, O'Neal helped out with the Harlem Shake

The Miami Heat are not the only South Florida basketball team that has recorded a Harlem Shake video. The Blanche Ely boys basketball team shot a version of the viral sensation on Saturday after winning the Class 7A state championship.

But while the Heat had a large costume budget (judging from the results of their video), the Blanche Ely boys went a different route to get attention for their video. Former Miami Heat center Shaquille O'Neal was in attendance at The Lakeland Center for the state championships, and after congratulating the team for their victory, he helped out with the Harlem Shake.

The Heat posted their Harlem Shake video on Thursday night, and have already racked up 26 million views on YouTube. Blanche Ely's video only has about 2,400 views, so they have a way to go before catching up to the Big Three.
