A tractor trailer rig with an Excavator on the back of it was stolen from the Florida Keys and recovered day later in Miami, police said Thursday.
The tractor trailer rig was stolen from Marathon sometime between Dec. 8 and 11. It had been used for sewer work.
It was found abandoned at 3611 NW South River Drive in Miami.
Police said the ignition was punched in order to start it.
The case was under investigation, but no one was arrested.
