Officials say neighbors pulled one person from a burning mobile home, but another died in the fire.
Polk County Fire Rescue crews say flames had already engulfed the Haines City home when they arrived early Wednesday. Once firefighters knocked down the fire, they went into the home and found one person dead.
The injured person was taken to a hospital. No condition report was available.
The state fire marshal's office is investigating the fire.
