Authorities are investigating a shooting outside a Lauderdale Lakes Walmart that left a man dead Sunday afternoon.
According to Broward Sheriff's Office, the shooting happened near 3001 N. State Road 7 in Lauderdale Lakes outside a Walmart.

At around 2:15 p.m., deputies responded to reports of a shooting. Police say the victim sustained a gunshot wound and was transported as a trauma alert to Broward Health Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The victim, identified as 50-year-old Kennedy Lee, died a short time later at the hospital.
Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting.
