Miami Police are investigating a fatal shooting after another shooting happened just blocks away Wednesday.
The fatal shooting happened around 11 a.m. in an alleyway in the 1700 block of Northwest 53rd Street, officials said. The victim hasn't been identified.
The second shooting happened in the area of Northwest 64th Street and 11th Avenue. The victim in that shooting was taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital where their condition was unknown.
No other details were immediately known.
