One man is dead and two others were hospitalized in a drive-by shooting in northwest Miami-Dade Thursday afternoon.
The shooting happened around 1 p.m. in the area of Northwest 24th Avenue and 66th Street.
23-year-old Jeffery Wiggins of Miami was pronounced dead at the scene. The two injured men, both in their 20s, were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital's Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition.
Authorities are looking for a newer model white Dodge Charger or Nissan Altima believed to be involved in the shooting.
No other information was immediately known.
