One person was killed and several others were injured in a head-on crash involving a stolen truck in Miami's Allapattah neighborhood Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
The crash happened around 1:45 p.m. in the area of Northwest 14th Avenue and Northwest 35th Street, Miami Police said.
According to police, a red Dodge Ram truck, which had been reported stolen out of Miami on Monday, crashed head-on with a black Ford Flex.
Seven people were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, where the driver of the Flex was pronounced dead, officials said. Police didn't release the driver's name.
The two people who were in the truck suffered non-life threatening injuries and were being questioned by detectives.
