Miramar Police have recovered the 14-year-old girl who had been reported missing for about a week.
Police said Kaitlyn King was dropped off at New Renaissance Middle School, located at 10701 Miramar Boulevard, at 10:15 a.m. on March 3.
She was recovered early the following Thursday in Miami Gardens. The circumstances surrounding her disappearance have not been released but police said she is safe.
