Two Miami Beach schools were on lockdown Thursday while authorities investigated an unattended bag.
Biscayne Elementary School and Lehrman Day School were both placed on lockdown after the bag was found at Biscayne Elementary, Miami Beach Police said.
A bomb squad responded to the scene and exploded the bag, which was found to be harmless.
