Two South Floridians are making veganism sexy as two of the finalists for PETA's "Sexiest Vegan Next Door" contest.
Aisha, of Pembroke Pines, has been vegan for six years. She has a daughter who Aisha says tells all the kids at school why they shouldn't eat meat. Mom and daughter enjoy going to the beach and being fearless in their support of animal rights and human health.
Korin, of Delray Beach, enjoys going to the gym, surfing, practicing yoga, and meditating. He's also a personal trainer with an all-vegan competitive muscle team, PlantBuilt.
Two winners, one male and one female, will each receive a trip for two to Maui, Hawaii including round-trip coach airfare and accommodations for seven nights.
Aside from votes, PETA is also selecting a winner based on enthusiasm and overall attractiveness.
Online votes must be submitted by 12 p.m. EDT on May 1. The winning pair will be announced on May 6.
