Police were investigating after two people were shot Monday in Miami Springs.
The public was asked to avoid the area of the 600 block of East Drive and Northwest 36th Street and East Drive.
Miami Springs police said two people were shot and the subject ran from the area. The victims were taken to the hospital in stable condition.
While it’s not clear exactly where the two people were shot, the glass door to the Runway Inn was shattered and blocked off with police tape.
Police say they are searching for a white Crown Victoria that may have been involved.
