$25K Reward for South Florida ‘Business Bandit' Bank Robber: FBI

The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a prolific South Florida bank robber known as the "Business Bandit."

In a news release Wednesday, the FBI said the suspect, who earned his nickname for the spiffy attire he wears, is responsible for at least 10 bank robberies in the area dating back to November.

The robberies happened at banks in Miami, Cooper City, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, officials said. Surveillance photos from the banks show the dapper robber wearing ties, vests and suits but also wielding a gun.

Authorities say the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 754-703-2000.
