Three Miami-Dade schools were on lockdown Thursday afternoon following a shooting in the area, officials said.
Tucker Elementary, Carver Elementary and Carver Middle School were all on lockdown as a precaution, Miami-Dade Schools officials said.
The lockdown was lifted later in the afternoon.
The details of the shooting were unknown.
