3 Injured in Key West Shooting, Suspect Arrested: Police

A man has been taken into custody following a triple shooting on Duval Street in Key West, according to police.

It happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday near the 200 block of Duval and Charles Street. Key West Police said three men were shot, but their injuries were not critical.

34-year-old Derek Michael David of Sugarloaf was reportedly involved in a domestic dispute when several people tried to defend the female.

David was taken into custody and faces three counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. It's unknown whether he has an attorney.

The victims are all in stable condition, according to police.
