3 Men Get Life Sentences in Broward Shooting

Three men were sentenced to life in prison for killing another man after an argument at a Fort Lauderdale Waffle House.

A Broward County judge sentenced 27-year-old Scott Simon, 27-year-old Michael Depre and 29-year-old Ronel Desinor on Friday. All three were convicted of murder last month.

Surveillance video at the Waffle House showed Simon arguing with 33-year-old Nicholas Walker in May 2013. Prosecutors say Simon's friends followed Walker after he left the restaurant. Depre drove while Desinor shot Walker near an Interstate 95 entrance ramp.

The South Florida Sun Sentinel reports that an accidental 911 call placed minutes before the shooting led investigators to the killers.
