Three people were rushed to the hospital after they were shot outside a Health Department building in Palm Beach County Monday.
The shooting happened just before 5 p.m. near a bus stop outside the Health Department along State Road 80 in Belle Glade, Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office officials said.
The three victims were airlifted to a nearby hospital, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue officials said. All three suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Officials said the motive for the shooting was unknown. Police charged Randolph Jackson with four counts of attempted first degree murder.

The Health Department building was placed on lockdown as a precaution.
No other information was immediately known.
