A 65-year-old man is in critical condition after his car went off the road and into a canal in Fort Lauderdale. Officials are still investigating what caused the man to lose control while exiting from I-95.

A final farewell for Officer Jermain Brown will be held this morning. Brown died after his ATV crashed into a tree in Southwest Miami-Dade.

No. 6 – Human Remains Identified As Victim Who Disappeared in 2010

Police have confirmed that human remains found last week are of Lynda Meier, who vanished in 2010. Her murder is being investigated by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.
