No. 2 - An apparent social media threat against some South Florida high schools has sparked concern among Miami-Dade County officials. The alleged threat -- posted on the social media platform “Tik Tok” - also references the Parkland school shooting.

In the video, a student wearing a Christopher Columbus High School t-shirt appears to shoot at Immaculata-La Salle High School and Belen Jesuit Preparatory School in Miami while a rap song about shooting plays in the background.

No. 3 - A water main break has completely shut down a South Florida roadway indefinitely. The William Lehman Causeway in Aventura will be closed until repair crews are able to contain all the water, the Aventura Police Department said.

The department initially shut down all westbound traffic, but expanded the closure to include eastbound traffic “out of an abundance of caution.”

No. 4 - They scan social media, peer under rubble, or try to follow the smell of death in an attempt to find family and friends. They search amid alarming reports that 1,300 people remain listed as missing nearly two weeks after Hurricane Dorian hit the northern Bahamas.

The government has cautioned that the list is preliminary and many could be staying in shelters and just haven't been able to connect with loved ones. But fears are growing that many died when the Category 5 storm slammed into the archipelago's northern region with winds in excess of 185 mph

No. 5 – Former Vice President Joe Biden parried attack after attack from liberal rivals Thursday night on everything from health care to immigration in a debate that showcased profound ideological divides between the Democratic Party's moderate and progressive wings.

No. 6 - It took 22 years, but a missing man's remains were finally found thanks to someone who zoomed in on his former Florida neighborhood with Google satellite images and noticed a car submerged in a lake, authorities said.

The skeletal remains were of William Moldt, who went missing in 1997 at the age of 40, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. A sheriff's office spokeswoman said that a previous resident of the Wellington neighborhood in was checking on Google Earth when he zoomed into the lake and saw what looked like a car.
