Carnell Spencer Lee Jr. is wanted for the murder of 31-year-old Coretta Bain, according to the Hollywood Police Department. Officers responded to an apartment complex located off Washington Street and South 56th Avenue around 4:30 a.m., where they discovered the woman's body.

No. 3 - A propane gas leak forced hundreds of residents in Coconut Grove to evacuate Wednesday.

City of Miami Fire Rescue officials said they responded to a building in the area of Bird Road and 27th Avenue around 8:30 a.m. after someone reported smelling gas. Fire officials removed the defective valve and deemed the area safe after 12 hours. Residents were allowed to go back to their homes.

No. 5 - A potential tropical storm brewing in the Gulf of Mexico presents twin troubles for parts of southeast Louisiana β€” the possibility that a high Mississippi River will be lapping at the tops of levees this weekend, and a danger of flash floods like the one that unexpectedly walloped New Orleans on Wednesday.

The Gulf of Mexico disturbance that dumped as much as 8 inches of rain in parts of metro New Orleans in a three-hour span was forecast to strengthen into a tropical depression Thursday, a tropical storm called Barry Thursday night, and, possibly, a hurricane by Friday night.
