Weather wise, warmer temperatures have arrived in the area with highs expected to reach the mid-70s for much of the week before another cool front is scheduled to arrive on Friday.

No. 1 - A man was arrested after a video shows him pulling a gun and yelling racial slurs at a group of riders who appear to be participating in the “Wheels Up, Guns Down” movement Monday in Brickell.

Local non-profit organization the Dream Defenders tweeted the cellphone video that was filmed at around 5 p.m. showing a woman fighting with a group of riders in the area of Brickell Avenue and 8th Street.

No. 2 - ATV and dirt bike riders hit the streets of South Florida Monday to take part in the annual "Wheels Up, Guns Down" MLK Rideout.

Miami-Dade Police said they made at least 14 arrests and have towed 34 ATVs and dirt bikes, while also seizing four firearms. The Broward Sheriff’s Office has made at least 21 arrests, has towed 24 ATVs and dirt bikes and seized two firearms.

No. 3 - A massive early morning fire outside of a Miami Gardens home engulfed two cars located outside the structure, but fortunately no one was hurt.

Residents of the home told NBC 6 that the fire started inside a Ford F-150 truck and spread to a Chrysler minivan next to it. The family was alerted of the blaze when a six year old girl saw the flames outside of her window and ran for help.

No. 4 - Singer Chris Brown and two other people are in custody in Paris after a woman filed a rape complaint, French officials said Tuesday.

Brown was detained Monday on potential charges of aggravated rape and drug infractions and remained in custody Tuesday, a judicial official said. Investigators have another two days to decide whether to let him go or file preliminary charges.

No. 5 - Kyrie Irving had 26 points and 10 assists, Al Horford added 16 points and 12 rebounds and the Boston Celtics beat the Miami Heat 107-99 Monday night for their fourth straight victory.

Derrick Jones Jr. and Dion Waiters led the Heat with 18 points apiece.

No. 6 - Starbucks is expanding its delivery service and aims to offer it at nearly one-fourth of its U.S. company-operated coffee shops.

The company said it is launching the service Tuesday in San Francisco and will expand to some stores in New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago and Los Angeles in coming weeks. It tested the idea in 200 Miami stores last fall.

Starbucks says 95 percent of its core menu will be available for order using the Uber Eats mobile app. There will be a $2.49 booking fee.
