Weather wise, a humid day is in the forecast with afternoon showers and high temperatures in the mid-80s.
No. 1 - Florida’s election results are being certified today. Governor Rick Scott will officially be declared the winner of the U.S. Senate race as well as winners being declared for Governor and Agriculture Commissioner.
No. 2 - Florida health officials have confirmed a locally acquired case of mosquito-borne dengue fever in Miami-Dade County. State officials and the county's mosquito control division are continuing surveillance and mosquito prevention efforts.
No. 3 - Today marks the 19th observance of International Transgender Remembrance Day, honoring all those in the transgender community who have been murdered because of their identity. Memorials are planned across the country including right here in South Florida and in more than 20 countries around the world.
No. 4 – Today, the nonprofit Fallen Heroes United will serve a Thanksgiving meal to veterans in our community experiencing homelessness. It's happening at 1492 West Flager Street in Miami - come by and thank a vet and keep your eyes open for local celebs too.

No. 5 - Former Miami Heat star Alonzo Mourning is teaming up with several business and organizations to provide thanksgiving meals to more than 400 families in need. 10 pre-selected families will also receive a special visit from the Hall of Famer.
The meals will be prepared at 9 a.m. at the Publix located on the 2200 of 27th Street and they will be given away to families at 4 p.m. at the Overtown Youth Center
No. 6 – Peas and Carrots - those are the names of the two turkeys vying to be pardoned by President Trump today. The White House took votes on the winner through a Twitter poll Monday. Only one turkey can claim the title of Thanksgiving turkey, but both will be sent to veterinarians at Virginia Tech
