No. 2 - Investigators arrived at the scene of an early morning hit-and-run crash in Miami. At least one person was injured.

No. 3 - Maryland Rep. Elijah E. Cummings died early Thursday at Johns Hopkins Hospital due to complications from longstanding health challenges, his congressional office said. He was 68.

No. 4 - Authorities are searching for two women who were caught on camera drugging a tourist at the Hard Rock Casino in Hollywood, Florida, before they allegedly robbed him at a Dania Beach hotel.

No. 5 - Vaping or using electronic cigarettes is now prohibited in all Miami Beach parks, the city announced in a press release Wednesday.
