No. 2 - Two students have been arrested in connection with posting threats of a shooting at a Miami-Dade middle school, officials said Tuesday. Miami-Dade County Public Schools spokeswoman Jackie Calzadilla said multiple threats were made on Instagram against Howard D. McMillan Middle School.
According to arrest reports, a 13-year-old student warned on Instagram that he had a gun and threatened "Ima shoot yall in da head." A second student, who is 14 years old, commented "me2."
No. 3 - Police say a beer vendor used a personal card reader to charge a fan more than $700 for two beers at a Miami Dolphins football game.
An arrest affidavit says 33-year-old Nathaniel Collier faces charges of grand theft and possession of a skimming device. He was fired Sunday by the company that employees vendors at Hard Rock Stadium.

No. 4 - Crews have begun demolition of a South Florida shopping plaza that exploded due to a gas leak.
Demolition began Tuesday at the site in Plantation. Twenty two people were injured in the blast at a defunct pizza restaurant. State officials say an open natural gas valve caused the July 6 blast.
No. 5 - Setting a defiant tone, the Trump administration resisted Congress' access to impeachment witnesses Tuesday, even as House Democrats warned such efforts themselves could amount to an impeachable offense.
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tried to delay five current and former officials from providing documents and testimony in the impeachment inquiry that could lead to charges against President Donald Trump. But Democrats were able to set closed-door depositions for Thursday for former special envoy to Ukraine Kurt Volker and next week for ousted U.S. Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch.
No. 6 - A woman climbed over a visitor safety barrier at the Bronx Zoo's African lion exhibit over the weekend, according to the zoo and video of the encounter that was posted online.
