Weather wise, keep that umbrella handy throughout the day as storm chances increase in the afternoon and evening with high temperatures in the low 90s.

No. 1 - Puerto Rico Gov. Ricardo Rosselló announced late Wednesday that he will resign Aug. 2, conceding power after nearly two weeks of furious protests and political upheaval touched off by a leak of crude and insulting chat messages between him and his top advisers.

A crowd of thousands outside the governor's mansion in Old San Juan erupted into cheers and singing after Rosselló's announcement on Facebook just before midnight.

No. 2 - Accused pedophile and wealthy Manhattan financier Jeffrey Epstein was found injured and in a fetal position inside his cell at a New York City jail, according to sources close to the investigation.

Epstein, who is being held in Metropolitan Correctional Center during his trial for conspiracy and sex trafficking, was found semi-conscious with marks on his neck, two sources told WNBC-TV.

No. 3 - Police are searching for a man who took off his clothes and touched himself outside of a Pembroke Pines gated community.

The incident happened at around 3:40 a.m. in the area of the Pierpointe community guard house at 11900 NW 11th Street, according to Pembroke Pines police. He's described as a white male who's approximately in his late 20's or early 30's, stands 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with a dark, fade-style haircut.
