Weather wise, another day of near record morning lows is in the forecast with high temperatures pushing into the mid-80s.

No. 1 - A 2-year-old girl whose mother was killed in a South Florida crash just weeks after the girl was born in 2016 was found murdered in Texas allegedly at the hands of her father.

Yovahnis Roque, 26, was arraigned Wednesday on a capital murder charge in the killing of his daughter in Orange, Texas, police Capt. Robert Enmon said.

No. 2 - Cell phone video captured a wild scene in Doral with one driver beating on the window of another car – with that man telling police he was the victim of a hit and run crash.

Onlookers shot video of the scene near Northwest 87th Avenue and 36th Street around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, where the alleged victim can be seen hitting the window multiple times before going back to the trunk of his car.

No. 3 - Authorities are searching for a pair of FBI impersonators who were caught on camera during a home invasion robbery in Miami Lakes last month.

The incident happened around noon on Jan. 30 at a home in the 15000 block of Northwest 87th Court. Police said two men arrived at a home in a white Chevy Silverado with a covered license plate and knocked on the door.

No. 4 - Actor Jussie Smollett turned himself in to police Thursday morning, a Chicago police spokesman said, on a felony charge of disorderly conduct in filing a false police report.

The "Empire" star was charged Wednesday with the class four felony, which carries a sentence ranging from probation to up to three years in prison, according to Chicago police and the Cook County state’s attorney’s office.

No. 5 - A lieutenant at U.S. Coast Guard headquarters in Washington, D.C., is under arrest for weapons violations but also stands accused of plotting a major attack and creating an apparent hit list of Democrats and media personalities.

In charging documents, federal prosecutors say 49-year-old Christopher Paul Hasson, of Silver Spring, Maryland, had illegal weapons and was collecting a list of names when he was arrested Friday.

No. 6 - Florida's governor says he wants to cut health care costs by bringing prescription drugs from Canada to Florida.

Gov. Ron DeSantis said Wednesday that he wants to create an importation program that brings cheaper, Canadian drugs to Florida. DeSantis says he spoke this week with President Trump about the plan, and the Trump administration is onboard with the idea.
