Yovahnis Roque, 26, was arraigned Wednesday on a capital murder charge in the killing of his daughter in Orange, Texas, police Capt. Robert Enmon said.
No. 2 - Cell phone video captured a wild scene in Doral with one driver beating on the window of another car – with that man telling police he was the victim of a hit and run crash.
Onlookers shot video of the scene near Northwest 87th Avenue and 36th Street around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, where the alleged victim can be seen hitting the window multiple times before going back to the trunk of his car.

No. 3 - Authorities are searching for a pair of FBI impersonators who were caught on camera during a home invasion robbery in Miami Lakes last month.
