A 7-year-old Northeast Miami-Dade girl who disappeared Thursday night was found early Friday morning after she apparently wandered out of her house.
Miami-Dade Police had issued a missing child alert for Stephanie Zephyr, who was last seen in the area of the 15000 block of Northeast 6th Ave in Miami around 10 p.m. last night, police said.
Her family didn't realize she was missing until they woke up Friday morning at 6 a.m. and she wasn't in her bed.
After an over three-hour search, Zephyr was found at a nearby house.
Zephyr, who lives with her father's cousin, may have wandered outside the home, police said.
Police are still investigating the incident
