The second body this week surfaced in Biscayne Bay on Thursday.
Police said a man's body was found flaoting near Peacock Park around 6:30 a.m. Police are calling it a homicide, but have not released the victim's identity or cause of death.
The body of 45-year-old Ernesto Puentes was found Monday morning near an exit off the Rickenbacker Causeway.
Police have not released a cause of death in that discovery, either.
