Miami Police have made an arrest in the April 28 shooting death of 19-year-old Viveka Correa.
Police arrested Rafi Sanchez, 21, Thursday and charged him with second-degree murder for the shooting.
Correa was talking to a friend outside a home at 150 NW 17th Court when she was suddenly shot and killed. Neighbors said they heard several gunshots.
Sanchez has multiple prior arrrest including grand theft in the third degree, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and carry a concealed weapons.
