A mentally disabled man who also suffers from bipolar disorder has been missing for more than a week from his Fort Lauderdale home.
Broward Sheriff's Office detectives say 66-year-old Curtis Smiley was last seen at 6:30 a.m. at 2740 Northwest Tenth Place in Fort Lauderdale.
He is a black male who stands 5-feet-tall and weighs 140-pounds. Smiley has black and grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and green pants.
