Authorities responded to a Broward County canal Tuesday where a floating body was discovered, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office.
BSO and fire rescue arrived to a canal under Interstate 95 at the SW 10th Street exit.
The canal is where a Publix warehouse employee noticed the body of an adult male around noon, authorities said. The name of the man will not be released until next of kin is notified.
BSO homicide detectives, divers and crime scene investigators responded.
The Broward County medical examiner will conduct an autopsy, but foul play is not suspected, authorities said.
