On Sunday, hundreds will gather at Runner’s Depot in Coral Springs to run for the victims of the Parkland shooting and the families and friends left behind.
Participants will meet at Runner’s Depot at 6 p.m., and will start the run to Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School at 6:15 p.m. The distance between Runner’s Depot and the school is 1 ¼ miles.
At approximately 6:40 p.m., there will be a moment of silence for the fallen students, teachers and coaches and a recitation of the victims' names.
Participants are asked to bring flashlights, running lights, or candlelight to pay tribute to the victims. Runner’s Depot is located at 5679 Coral Ridge Drive, Coral Springs, FL. 33076. More information can be found here.
