A Miami-Dade man is recovering after crashing a car through a concrete wall early Tuesday morning and coming to a stop near a home.
Police responded to the scene near Northwest 81st Street and 15th Avenue shortly before 4:30 AM. The 27-year-old driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to a nearby hospital, but is expected to be okay.
Initially report came in of shots being fired, but officials quickly determined that was not the case. An investigation continues into what caused the crash.
