Children's Pajamas Sold by Two Different Companies Recalled Because of Flammability Standards

Children's pajamas sold by two different companies were recalled on Tuesday because they didn't meet flammability standards.

Consumer should stop using Babycottons children's nightgowns sold in sizes 24 months to toddler size 6 in various prints, including Alphabet (style 1413W245), BC Flowers (style 1413S220), Fairies (style 1413W125), Fairies Dots (style 1413W127), Mei Mei (style 1413S200) and Summertime (style 1413S190).

The items were sold at Babycottonsstores across the nation from February 2013 through July 2013 for $48.

No incident were reported, but consumers can take the recall nightgowns and return to Babycottons for a full refund. For more information on these recalled pajamas, click here.

Also, L.L. Bean's girl's pajama sets were also recalled because they didn't meed federal flammability standard for children's sleepwear. Consumers can either replace them or get a refund. For more information on the recalled product, click here.

They were sold at L.L.Bean retail stores nationwide from June 2013 through September 2013 for $30. The recall includes jersey knit purple sets and were sold in sizes small through extra large and little girls sizes small through large.

The pajamas product ID numbers included in the recall are 284889 and 284890, and GPU#6 is also printed on the garment label on the inside left seam near the bottom of the pajama top.
